Delta State Gets 3 New Airplanes!
1-27-2003After a successful year with two 2002 Skyhawks, the Mississippi Legislature saw it fit and profitable to allocate three new 2003 models. Here are a few pictures about the trip to deliver those three. Click on a thumbnail for the big version.

The Purchasing Process
We inspect each airplane very carefully, to note any defects to the manufacturer...
...which takes a while
And of course, there is plenty of paperwork
After lunch, the Cessna Reps. gave us a factory tour.
There are a few airplanes on the ramp, but not many due to the slow year
Look, even the folks who make those silly towbars think they are too short!
And the best part, the ferry flight back home.
