I use a JR XP8103 with a transmitter interface. Here are a few of the settings.
In the system settings, I configured a model named "real flt," and set it up as a PPM helicopter model. Be sure to use PPM, since PCM doesn't work. I left the other system settings with their default values.
Here are the menu settings

As you can see, I let the real flight software do the work. I configure the program to use the software radio. As you know, by using the interface, you must use independent transmitter channels for each real flight function. That is, if you want to have four channels and 4 switches on RF, then you need 8 channels on the TX. Another serious issue is a flaw in the real flight program involving the software reverse box. Sometimes if you check the box, the program doesn't retain the settings. So in some cases I have had to reverse both the software and the transmitter. Doesn't that stink?
