Academic Credentials
One great advantage that you will have as my employer is my educational background. I am a graduate of Delta State University, with two commercial aviation degrees. The latest is a Master of Commercial Aviation, which I completed in one year with a 4.0 GPA. This program is offered entirely online, and focusses mostly on academic aspects of aviation management.

My first degree is the Bachelor of Commercial Aviation, Flight Operations Major. This flight-oriented program helped to provide a broad aviation knowledge base, ranging from pure topics like human factors and engine operations, to more advanced modern issues in the aviation industry including the realm of aviation safety and the general principles of transportation. Most of my initial flight training was integrated with this program. I also taken quite a few math classes, so I have experience with many math topics ranging from Calculus to Number Theory. Even though I took all of these extra classes, I still graduated first in my class; not just for the aviation department, but for the entire University.

What about life before college? In high school I was able to attend a program for 11th and 12th grade called the Mississippi School for Math and Science. This school is a publicly funded residential magnet school. Once chosen to attend, I was able to take all kinds of fun classes including calculus, calculus based physics (mechanics, electricity and magnetism), microbiology, chemistry, and plenty of others. Of course, these classes were all in addition to the normal state graduation requirements of English, history, art, and even more others.

The bottom line is that I have shown that I am responsible enough to get up in the morning and go to class, and to complete assignments and follow directions. Isn't that the biggest part of what college is all about? While these may seem like simple goals, keep in mind that I have been able to complete them with such incredible consistency that over 4 years I maintained a 100% excellent approval rating in the form of a perfect grade point average.

There's more to school than classes
One of the more difficult stereotypes to overcome is that my 4.0 GPA means that classes were my only priority. To the contrary, I also found several opportunities with extra curricular activities. Here is a complete summary:
